I blogged last month about the excellent (and free) choral concert I attended at the Wniebowstapienia Panskiego Church at al. Ken 101 in Ursynow (Stoklosy is the nearest tube).
The next performance is this Sunday the 14th and I will definitely be going.
In addition this Thursday the 11th is Poland's Independence Day and I believe there's usually a parade around Nowy Swiat during the day time. As my teaching is cancelled I will be popping along to check it out.
In addition of course it is Armistice Day in the UK. For the first time in years I don't have a poppy on me but I will still be marking the minute's silence somewhere alone.
